- Right on recognitionSelect text passages or whole lines directly in the result preview. Since the system works on already-recognized text, redactions align exactly where the information sits - no guesswork with freehand masks.
- Permanent bars in the PDFWe remove not just the visual information (the pixels) but also delete the underlying text layer (OCR data) in full. Redacted sections are neither selectable nor findable via search in the finished document.
- Permanently sealed on exportRedactions are baked into the PDF on export. Undoing them by third parties is technically impossible - reliable for filings and GDPR-compliant sharing.
- Control what you shareWhile sensitive spots are permanently removed, the rest of the document stays fully searchable - ideal for cleaned exhibits for domstol or the other side.
Turn on redaction and mark
After tekstgjenkjenning, turn on redaction mode and mark words or whole lines. Selection follows the recognized text - bars align cleanly and without gaps, with no manual touch-up.
