How it flows.
Forward to your inbox.lexlogik.com address—attachments follow the upload path; originals stay with you.
Same pipeline as upload
Email with attachment → same steps as a file in Optimize. Original stays in the mailbox; results by reply and in the app—PDF merge per settings.

Rules in your mail app
Typical pattern: auto-forward messages with attachments to your LexLogik address—exception for LexLogik replies (see box below).
Suggestion for a forwarding rule
Attachments → your LexLogik address. Example like Outlook; Apple Mail and Thunderbird are similar.

Your personal address is shown in the app under Settings → LexLogik Mail.
Exclusion
Typical sender for result notifications — adjust to your actual settings.
Important
The exclusion prevents LexLogik result messages from being forwarded back to LexLogik by mistake — otherwise an endless loop can occur.
We auto-forward mail with attachments to our LexLogik mail address—soon after, searchable PDFs are in the app, plus we get the reply with results. That saves real time versus saving files and uploading by hand.
